Golden Sands And Turquoise Seas
Faliraki holidays offer plenty of fun in the beautiful Greek sunshine - the resort lies on a narrow, flat coastal plain back by low hills on the north eastern coast of Rhodes and is one of the oldest and largest resorts in Greece. The resort is famed for being a party capital with the 18 - 30 crowds from June to September. Holidays in Faliraki are also popular with families and couples. The beach is truly amazing with over three miles of golden sand that slips gently into the turquoise blue sea of the Mediterranean. An abundance of water sports including water skiing, banana boats, jet skiing and pedalos can be found along the beach. For those looking to relax and chill out, the quieter beaches of Kathara Bay or Anthony Quinn Beach are perfect and offer a bit a calm from the hustle and bustle. The beach runs parallel with the resort and offers plenty of beachside cafes serving a selection of drinks and snacks.
Away from the beach is Faliraki's water park which is one of the largest in Europe with an abundance of waterslides, giant jacuzzi, wave pool and lazy river, there is also dedicated children's area (where life vests are available free of charge). The water park is a perfect way to spend a fun filled day out for all the family young and old alike. There is also a go karting track and a fun fair (Luna Park) in the resort. You can also catch a taxi boat to one of the other beaches nearby.
