ATOL stands for Air Travel Organisers' Licensing. It is a protection for flights and air holidays, and is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority.
ATOL protection applies to air holiday packages only and your tour operator will confirm their ATOL Licence number on your confirmation invoice.
