Santa Eulalia holidays will whisk you away to the wonderful island of Ibiza. Soft sandy beaches, fine dining and diverse nightlife, will draw you back year after year to this picturesque resort. Just to the north of Ibiza Town and backed by fragrant woodland, Santa Eulalia has two main beaches and a new, rapidly developing Marina. The main town beach has fine pale sand and clear shallow blue waters, ideal for young children to paddle in. The second beach is slightly more rugged with a mixture of fine sand and shingle, broken up by rocky outcrops. Both beaches offer fantastic water sports facilities with water skiing, windsurfing and banana boats available, there is also an excellent dive school near the marina offering lessons for absolute beginners and excursions for the more experienced.

Diving is a great experience when you spend your holidays in Santa Eulalia, where you'll find underwater caves and shipwrecks to explore. The Glass Bottomed boat is the better option though for those who don't like getting wet. Back on dry land, wander along the coastline and explore the undeveloped coves or visit the naturist beach at Aigues Blanques. Santa Eulalia's main promenade; Calle San Jaime is tree lined and closed to traffic at night. There is a real Spanish vibe here with street cafes and plenty of opportunity to sample the local wines.

Santa Eulalia holidays are second only to Ibiza Town when it comes to shopping, with arty stores mingling amongst fashion boutiques and daily markets on its pedestrianised streets. Save some money for Wednesday though, when the world famous Hippy market comes to Es Cana, easily accessible by bus or ferry, and a delightful chance to buy hand crafted goods, potteries, leather gifts and clothes at this eccentric market, bustling with the funky beat played throughout.

All shopped out and need a break from the beach, and then there's still plenty more to see and do. Easy Rider Ranch offers horse riding lessons for beginners and hacks through the beautiful countryside for the more experienced rider. The only golf club on Ibiza is only a few miles away, or the whole family can try go-karting. Aquamar Water Park is a fun filled day out for all ages with rides, flumes and slides to suit everyone. Take a mini train into the surrounding countryside or wander up the hill to the 16th century church, with stunning views and exceptionally pretty when lit up at night.

Nightlife is quite laid back with live music bars catering for all tastes; the Marina has a new nightclub if dancing is your thing, but for the real party atmosphere catch the Disco Bus that runs into Ibiza Town every hour during high season, and party until the sun comes up. Calle San Vincent is a street of restaurants with some impressive highly rated eateries. Food is of a very high standard here with international cuisine on offer alongside local Spanish dishes. Street cafes are everywhere giving an unlimited choice of places to eat. Self catering is an excellent choice of accommodation as there are so many wonderful restaurants to try, but stylish hotels offering half board and bed and breakfast are really reasonably priced here as well.
