Relax on the beach then watch the sun set
With its gentle warm breeze blowing, Tingaki’s superb sandy beach set on a wide open bay, is one of the largest and finest on the island. There are parasols on the beach offering some much sought after shade from the intense sun, whilst water sports can be enjoyed in the form of windsurfing and pedalo boats. After you’ve lapped up the rays you can handle on the beach, you can relax in one of the cafes or tavernas and watch as the sun sets for the day. If you fancy venturing further afield, then there a host of excursions to compliment your Tingaki holidays, including daytrips to the picturesque neighbouring island of Kalymnos. Places to Visit
– Tingaki has the longest beach on the island, ten kilometres of soft pale sand sloping gently into the shallow sea, ideal for small children and less confident swimmers. The north westerly breezes are really welcome in the height of the summer heat, and they also offer good conditions for water sports.
