Many traditional tavernas and a few bars in the village
During the summer months, a miniature train runs between the beach and the village and is very popular with children. Afandou’s nightlife is low key with a scattering of open air terrace bars, authentic tavernas and restaurants serving both local and international cuisine, lining the main square and road through the village. The resort also has a few shops selling souvenirs such as ceramics, jewellery and leather goods, along with its own 18 hole golf course which enjoys some amazing views out towards the Mediterranean Sea.
Afandou is well known for its hospitality and you will feel like you’ve been welcomed back into the family on arrival here. The best time to visit Afandou is between April and October, which is when you’re pretty much guaranteed amazing weather. Book holidays to Afandou online here at Latedeals.co.uk.
