The rooftop pool and the infinity pool by the sea steal the show. The rooftop pool has a cocktail bar* next to it and panoramic views over the marina. On the ground, a split-level pool spreads over a terrace, lined with cushioned day beds and palm trees.

Poolside lunches are on offer at the Alabastra Lounge*, where you can dine on snacks, salads and fresh fish. In the evening, this place serves a blend of Italian and Ibizan cuisine.

Promising chef, Omar Malpartida, arrives in Ibiza with Maymanta, his new Peruvian restaurant. His specialities, like ceviche, causa, oysters or Amazonian patacón, are all on the menu.
