The resort is to a large extent non-smoking, however it does have 5 designated smoking areas.
There’s a double act of big pools oustide, each of which comes with its own bar and lots of space to kick back and relax. There’s a third pool inside that’s good for a few laps.
A small waterpark for kids boasts sweetie-coloured slides and a shallow area for splashing about.
Big buffet spreads are served up for all meals in the casual Elea Restaurant. Or get dolled up and dine in the Mesogios à la carte*, where there’s a focus on Mediterranean cuisine.
Lighter bites, like burgers and ice-creams, are available throughout the day at the Mylos snack bar. The Thalassa pool bar takes care of cocktails and soft drinks during the day and you can grab a glass of fizz after dark in the 1990 Lounge Bar.
The vibe here’s pretty chilled-out, with sunbathing and swimming at the top of the things-to-do list. Teens can hang out in a movie room.
Tasty-sounding treatments are up for grabs in the Aphrodite Spa*. Like lavender skin scrubs*, salt-and-sugar exfoliations* and fruit extract facials*.
A roomy pool scene takes first prize at the Louis Sofianna Resort – there are two huge numbers and a couple of poolside bars. There are relaxing treatments in the fancy spa, and a hangout room for teens. And on the food front, you’re got two restaurants to choose from. One’s an off-the-menu place, the other’s a buffet number.
