Head over to the sister hotel Seaside Palm Beach and start the day with an early morning yoga session, followed by aqua aerobics in the pool, and some afternoon Tai Chi. You can get involved with tennis, darts and shuffleboard matches, as well.
A trio of velvety golf greens surround the Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia. Guests can tee off at a discounted rate, too.
You’ll find relaxation zones, multi-sensory showers, a sauna, steam bath and a salt cave inside the spa. There are also seven treatment cabins* for hot stone massages, nourishing aloe vera body wraps, and caviar cream facials.
