The pools are spread over the palm-lined terrace - you’ve got two rectangular numbers that sit side by side. Then there’s a smaller pool with hydro-jets and another that has sunken seats and tables, so you can sip drinks from the bar while you’re in the water.
If you have a favourite spot in the garden or pool area, you can reserve a sunlounger there for your whole stay. Up on the roof, there’s a brand new solarium with panoramic beach views. It comes with its own whirlpool and a nudist area, too.
Bacon, eggs and beans are on offer at the breakfast buffet. Or you can get an omelette or pancakes cooked to order. For dinner, choose from a variety of meat and fish dishes. This place has a dress code of full-length trousers and shirts with sleeves.
Live musicians, flamenco dancers and even acrobats are on the entertainment line-up, so there’s something different to watch every night.
For evening drinks, you’ve got the al fresco bar terrace, or the indoor lounge which comes with comfy rattan sofas and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Hotel-run activities cover shuffleboard, darts and bingo. The library is well-stocked with English newspapers and books, and there’s also a games area where you can play dominoes and board games.
There’s a tennis court and a state-of-the-art gym in the grounds. A walkway leads you right from the pool to the beach, where you can get involved with watersports* like diving and sailing.
A garden wall and marble pillars set the luxury tone in the spa, which has a huge pool, water-jets, sensation showers, motorised massage beds, and more.
Add to the pampering experience by booking yourself in for a tailor-made face or body treatment*, or a relaxing massage*.
Outdoors, you’ve got two main pools, a smaller one with water-jets, and another with in-water chairs and tables. Inside, meanwhile, the spa plays host to a luxurious pool, a sauna, steam bath, dead-sea pool, sensation showers and massage beds. When it comes to mealtimes, there's one main restaurant and a poolside snack bar. Activities are covered by shuffleboard, darts and minigolf, plus a tennis court and watersports.
