The Be Live Experience Orotava shares a postcode with some of the top bars and restaurants in Puerto de la Cruz, and there’s a black-sand beach five minutes’ walk away.
It’s only five minutes’ walk to the closest sunbathing spot, Playa Martianez. This black-sand beach is sheltered by a rocky peninsula, with cafés and bars over its shoulder.

International and Canarian cuisine is served in La Cascada, the hotel’s buffet restaurant. After dinner, you can grab a cocktail and settle into one of the comfy chairs in the lobby bar*.
Entertainment
The gold-framed lobby bar, La Rotonda*, translates as roundabout in English – which is fitting given its circular design. Colourful cocktails are mixed in the middle, and deep, bucket-style armchairs fill the rest of the room. Live musicians perform in the lounge, as well.
