Follow the stairs down from the pool courtyard and you hit the hotel’s headline act – massive Reduit Beach. But before you flake out, fill up on meaty treats from Ocean Beach Grill. You’ll pass it on your way down there.

The pool's in a pale-blue courtyard that looks out over the coast. It’s fitted with a swim-up bar and a sunbathing island that's planted right in the middle of the water.
If you'd prefer to sink your toes into some sand, there’s a staircase that leads down from the courtyard to the nearby mile-long beach.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all dished up in the interntational buffet restaurant. There's a pair of à la cartes, too – one's an Italian eatery that serves pasta and pizzas, and the other's an Asian number that caters in chow mein and steamed dumplings.
Lighter snacks, like burgers and portions of shrimp, are available at the poolside grill. And for after-dinner tipples, there are two bars to choose from.
The atmosphere around the hotel picks up when the sun sets. Live country and western music shows are put on by the pools, and you can listen to a saxophonist play some jazz in one of the bars.
Down on the beach, you can try paddleboarding, kayaking and snorkelling. Jet-skis* and sailing catamarans* are also available to rent.
You’ll find the pool in a courtyard by the beach. It’s a big, lagoon-like number, with a swim-up bar. Food-wise, you can pile up a plate in the buffet restaurant, or tuck in to pizzas and bowls of noodles in the Italian and Asian à la cartes. Drinks, meanwhile, are served in the two bars. Elsewhere, you can try lots of watersports down on the beach, as well as play games of football, volleyball and cricket.
Plus, games of volleyball, football and cricket are organised on the sand throughout the day.
This hotel doesn’t have a spa, but you can use the one in the nearby sister hotel – the Mystique Royal St Lucia. It’s a five-minute walk away, and comes with a long list of massages*, a steam room, a sauna and some hot tubs.
You can work out in the gym here, too. It’s fitted with a treadmill, a few bike machines and a pull-up bar.
